I’m going to buy an iPad soon and I’m deciding whether or not I should get an iPhone in May, when my contract with Sprint is up. The other phone I’m deeply considering is the Samsung Galaxy S II Epic 4G Touch. Is there any cool benefits with the integration of the two like how the pad by Blackberry tells you someone is calling on your Blackberry phone. Am I missing out if I skip on the iPhone?
There are a few benefits of owning an Iphone and and Ipad.
Quite a few of the apps are made for both the iPhone and iPad, so there are less apps to buy since one will go on both devices.
With iCloud, all of your apps, music, videos, photos, contacts, and calendars can be wirelessly and nearly realtime synced between the devices.
You can use both devices for iMessage, either between each other or use them on one account. It’s a lot nicer messaging someone on the iPad and you can pick it up with your previous conversations already there.
Same basic interface, same peripherals, plus really good support for both devices.
